Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken (thinly sliced or shredded)
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Croutons or Crispy Jalapeño Pieces
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 large Wraps or Tortillas (whole wheat, spinach, or classic white)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and chop the cooked chicken and romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken Caesar filling onto the center, leaving space around the edges. Fold the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
