Description
A creamy tahini dip with a burst of garlic flavor, perfect for serving with vegetables or as a spread.
Ingredients

- 1–2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup tahini paste
- 1/2 cup fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Using a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic cloves with the salt into a paste.
- Add the crushed garlic, tahini paste, and lime juice to a food processor and blend.
- Add the water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in parsley if using. Serve.
Notes
- This dip can be served with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more or less water as desired.
