- 1 lb spicy breakfast sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, well drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix (like Bisquick)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, baking mix, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix thoroughly using a spoon or hands until fully combined and uniform.
- Roll the mixture into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls and place them evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with dipping sauces if desired.
