A refreshing and creamy tropical smoothie with mango, pineapple, and coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk (or light coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mango and pineapple into chunks.
- Add the chopped fruits, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and honey to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or coconut milk.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fruit slices or mint leaves if desired.
