Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • Extra peanut butter for drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir peanut butter, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough (2 tablespoons each) onto baking sheet. Slightly flatten. Bake 9–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers soft.
  7. Cool 5 minutes, transfer to rack, drizzle with melted peanut butter.
