- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- Extra peanut butter for drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir peanut butter, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough (2 tablespoons each) onto baking sheet. Slightly flatten. Bake 9–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers soft.
- Cool 5 minutes, transfer to rack, drizzle with melted peanut butter.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use creamy peanut butter.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
