Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).• Grease or line a 10×15-inch sheet pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients• Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. Boil Butter and Peanut Butter• Melt butter and peanut butter in saucepan.• Bring to gentle boil, then remove from heat.
  4. Combine Batter• Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients.• Stir in milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Bake• Spread evenly in pan.• Bake 18–20 minutes until center is set.
  6. Make Frosting• Melt butter and peanut butter.• Stir in milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Frost and Set• Spread frosting over slightly warm bars.• Allow to set before slicing.
