- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).• Grease or line a 10×15-inch sheet pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients• Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.
- Boil Butter and Peanut Butter• Melt butter and peanut butter in saucepan.• Bring to gentle boil, then remove from heat.
- Combine Batter• Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients.• Stir in milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Bake• Spread evenly in pan.• Bake 18–20 minutes until center is set.
- Make Frosting• Melt butter and peanut butter.• Stir in milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Frost and Set• Spread frosting over slightly warm bars.• Allow to set before slicing.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Make sure to let the bars cool completely before slicing for clean edges.
