Instructions
- Prepare the Rice: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool slightly.
- Mix the Tuna: In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, sesame oil, and soy sauce until well mixed.
- Form Rice Buns: With wet hands, shape warm sushi rice into round patties about an inch thick.
- Assemble Your Burger: On one rice bun patty, layer tuna mixture followed by avocado slices, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. Top with another rice bun.
- Serve It Up: Plate your burgers immediately and enjoy fresh!
