Instructions

- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.

- Fill muffin tins three-quarters full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow muffins to cool for five minutes before transferring to wire racks; drizzle with additional maple syrup if desired.
