Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with a twist of dill pickles.
Ingredients

- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 2–3 dill pickles, sliced
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter generously on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer sharp cheddar cheese and dill pickle slices on top.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip and repeat on the other side until cheese is melted and both sides are crispy.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- This sandwich can be customized with other cheeses or additional toppings as desired.
- For extra crunch, consider toasting the bread before frying.
