Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 23 dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter generously on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Layer sharp cheddar cheese and dill pickle slices on top.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; flip and repeat on the other side until cheese is melted and both sides are crispy.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.
