Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets (or bell peppers)
- 1 cup cooked chicken or tofu (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
- Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream. Gradually mix in gochujang until fully incorporated.
- Fold in cooked spaghetti and protein until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the chicken or using tofu.
- Adjust gochujang quantity according to your spice preference.
