Description

A delicious creamy spaghetti dish with a spicy gochujang twist, packed with vegetables and protein.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (or bell peppers)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or tofu (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream. Gradually mix in gochujang until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in cooked spaghetti and protein until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the chicken or using tofu.
