Description

Delicious puff pastry filled with creamy blueberry filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  5. Cut the rolled pastry into squares and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  6. Fold over corners to seal and brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
