Description
A refreshing mix of orange and lemon juice, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups orange juice (preferably fresh squeezed, about 6 to 8 oranges)
- 1 cup lemon juice (preferably fresh squeezed, about 4 to 6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (see notes for preparation)
- 5 cups water (cold)
Instructions
- Cut the oranges and lemons in half and use a citrus press to squeeze the juices into a liquid measuring cup.
- Strain the juices through a fine mesh sieve.
- Combine the strained juices with simple syrup and cold water in a large pitcher, then stir to combine.
- Serve over ice and garnish with slices of orange and lemon.
Notes
- To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until dissolved, and let cool.
