A refreshing and healthy shot packed with vitamins and nutrients to boost your immune system.
Ingredients

- 2 large Granny Smith apples (cored, sliced)
- 2 ribs celery (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1 medium lemon (peeled)
- ½ cup fresh parsley (loosely packed)
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger (peeled)
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, using a spoon to help push the juice through. (For an extra-smooth shot, use a cheesecloth instead.)
- Use a funnel to fill small glasses or shot bottles with the juice. Repeat until all juice is poured.
- Seal the bottles or cover the glasses and place them in the refrigerator to chill before enjoying.
- Store your Greens Immunity Boosting shots in airtight bottles or jars in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, but they taste best within 3 to 5 days.
Notes
- For added smoothness, use a cheesecloth when straining.
- This shot is best served chilled.
