- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Soften the butter and mix in the minced garlic and parsley to create a flavorful garlic butter.
- Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low and place the sandwiches buttered-side down.
- Grill until golden and cheese starts to melt, then flip and repeat.
- Press lightly with a spatula for an even melt.
- Slice and serve immediately for that perfect cheesy pull.
