Description

Delicious stuffed pizza rolls filled with a variety of cheeses and toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 batch pizza dough
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Goat cheese
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese alternatives
  • 1 cup Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Sausage
  • 1 cup Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cooked beef strips
  • 1 cup Sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Pesto
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh oregano
  • 2 tbsp Butter or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. If you’re using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes. If you’re making your own, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into squares or rectangles, about 3×3 inches.
  4. On each piece of dough, place a spoonful of your chosen sauce, a generous amount of cheese, and your desired toppings. Be careful not to overfill.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly around the filling into a log shape. Pinch the ends to seal.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter or olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian seasoning if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Once baked, let the rolls cool for a few minutes. Serve them warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Adjust the fillings based on your preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • These rolls are best served warm but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
