- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly, then slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil until fully coated.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper over the oiled potatoes and toss again until evenly coated.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and gently mix to ensure all potatoes are covered.
- Arrange the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

- Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, broil the potatoes for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
