Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the russet potatoes into even wedges.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and half of the parmesan cheese until well-coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned wedges on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overcrowding.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese while still hot. Serve immediately.
