- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Boil the chicken breasts in salted water until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Shred while warm.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant (3-5 minutes).
- Add Seasoning and Chicken: Mix taco seasoning into the shredded chicken; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Assemble Chimichangas: Place ¼ cup of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, top with cheese, and fold tightly.
- Fry Until Golden Brown: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry chimichangas until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Serve Hot: Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with salsa or guacamole.
