Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the russet potatoes if desired, then slice them into evenly sized fries for uniform cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer in the basket.
  4. Cook them for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
