- 4 medium Russet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
Instructions
- Wash and peel the russet potatoes if desired, then slice them into evenly sized fries for uniform cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook them for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the fries to a bowl while hot and sprinkle generously with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure the fries are spaced out in the air fryer.
