Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Gradually whisk in milk to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened, about five minutes.
- Stir in salt, pepper, and nutmeg; taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
