Ingredients

- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring
- Pink gel food coloring
- 1 cup white candy melts or white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Optional: pink sugar pearls or sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir until smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat. Stir in bubblegum flavoring and pink gel food coloring until evenly tinted.
- Add puffed rice cereal. Gently fold until fully coated and fluffy.
- Press mixture lightly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Keep it light to maintain an airy bite.
- Melt white candy melts (or chips) with sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir until thick but still spoonable.
- Spoon topping over the pink base in soft dollops. Let it spread naturally into cloud-like shapes.
- Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until set. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
