Ingredients

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1/2 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • 1 cup white candy melts or white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Optional: pink sugar pearls or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir until smooth and glossy.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in bubblegum flavoring and pink gel food coloring until evenly tinted.
  3. Add puffed rice cereal. Gently fold until fully coated and fluffy.
  4. Press mixture lightly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Keep it light to maintain an airy bite.
  5. Melt white candy melts (or chips) with sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir until thick but still spoonable.
  6. Spoon topping over the pink base in soft dollops. Let it spread naturally into cloud-like shapes.
